Ranked live by votes; a tie goes to the earlier submission. One vote per wallet, free, changeable until 18:00 UTC. A wallet needs 0.01 SOL to vote. How it works
Launching is switched off right now. Voting works; a winner cannot launch until it is switched on, so the day ends with no coin.
No candidates on this ballot yet.
The board shows 0 because nobody has submitted for this day. Submissions stay open until 18:00 UTC.
Submit the first candidateLatest result
Nobody submitted a candidate, so no coin launched.

How it works
- STEP 1 OF 3
Submit a candidate
A name, a ticker of up to 6 characters, an image and one line. One per wallet per day, signed with your wallet. Free, no transaction.
- STEP 2 OF 3
Vote on the board
One vote per wallet per day, signed, free, and changeable until 18:00 UTC. The board ranks by votes; a tie goes to the earlier submission.
- STEP 3 OF 3
The winner launches
At 18:00 UTC the top candidate's proposer has 30 minutes to launch it on pump.fun from the same wallet. If not, the runner-up gets the next 30. Otherwise: no coin that day.
Questions
Who decides the winner?
Code, not people. The highest vote count wins; a tie goes to the earliest submission. A candidate needs at least one vote. Nobody at BALOT can add votes or pick a favourite. Removals for breaking the rules happen only before the close and are shown on the board with the rule number.
Does voting cost anything?
No. You sign a plain-text message with your wallet; no transaction is sent and no gas is paid. Your wallet must hold at least 0.01 SOL, which is checked on-chain as an anti-spam rule.
Can someone vote with many wallets?
Yes, that is possible. The minimum balance, per-IP limits and one vote per wallet make it costlier, not impossible. Treat the result as a popularity signal, not a guarantee of anything.
Who launches the coin, and who pays?
The wallet that proposed the winning candidate launches it on pump.fun and pays the network costs itself. The site never holds keys and charges no fee.
What if nobody launches?
Then the day ends with no coin, and the board says so. It does not pretend otherwise.
Does winning mean the coin will go up?
The ballot and everything pinned here is context. It does not set or move the price. Coins can go to zero. Nothing here promises returns, rewards or utility. Not financial advice.
